Jim Coleman is available to ministers and churches
for a wide range of training and development opportunities,
such as mission and vision building, pastoral care training,
team building, and so on. As the Synod’s Candidating Officer
he oversees much of the programme for Education for Ministry,
from ordinands, through post-ordination and continuing education,
to sabbaticals. He is also the synod's regional organiser for
Training for Learning and Serving (TLS), and is always happy to
speak to individuals or churches about any aspect
of the various TLS courses, including TLS Lite.
