Prayer Time
Members of the Church and others meet each Tuesday morning in the Sanctuary Room to pray for the work of the Church and the Centre and for any who are known to our fellowship who are in need of support. We are blessed to discover every week how our prayers are being answered.
There is the opportunity every day of the week for individuals to be in the Sanctuary room for quietness, meditation and prayer or to leave messages about special prayers that they would like the Prayer time sessions to pray about.

Bible Study
We have an active Bible Study group which meets on Tuesday afternoon each week to follow a course of studies which help us to link what we read in the Bible to our own lives and to the life of the wider world. Our aim is always to examine the set texts, to search for God's message and to find the context for the 21st century. We have recently been studying Matthew's Gospel'.

Breakaways
This group meets monthly and is well attended by ladies who want a short break away from home. They are well entertained by visiting speakers on a wide-range of topics which are of interest to women. They also arrange visits to local theatres and days and weekends away for being pampered, eating well and shopping. This is a happy group who enjoy each others company and are always delighted to welcome new members.

Keep Fit
Our Keep Fit group meet every Monday evening to exercise to music, have a social time with a cup of tea and do line dancing. The group has many members of a certain age who are still very active and enjoy the social experience of their weekly meetings.

Credit Union
The Centre acts as an outreach for the Danum Credit Union to provide a means for members of the public and for the staff of the Centre to save and to obtain loans at reasonable rates. We aim to reduce the impact of the loan companies operating in the area who offer loans at exorbitant rates. The outreach is staffed by five members of the Church and one member of the local Catholic Church, all of whom are volunteers at the Centre.

Other Activities
Members of the Church organise lunches for the 'Over 60's' on the second Thursday of each month. They give an opportunity for fellowship round the lunch table. We are well supported by the cafe which operates in the centre under the management of Paul Grady.
We also enjoy the social events when we have our Christmas Fair and our Spring Fair & Plant Sale.
